2 cups pecan halves

¼ cup sugar

4 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon ground red pepper

4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1. Stir together all ingredients; spread in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan.

2. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring once. Makes 2 cups.

8 sprigs fresh oregano

6 garlic cloves, pressed

4 lemon slices

20 black peppercorns

6 tablespoons lemon juice
