Damon stalked toward me like a panther on the hunt. His eyes were like the storms around the ocean, uncontrolled and full of promise that something was about to happen. My breath hitched the closer he got. It wouldn’t be long before I felt his hands on my body.

He growled in my ear as he pressed against me. His warmth surrounded me like an inferno. I moaned, my need for him building. All I could think about was him inside me. His hard length pressed against me only served to drive that need more.

As he grazed his hands beneath my shirt, Damon ran his tongue along the edge of my ear, his hot breath sending shivers through me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and moved against him. He groaned low against my skin in response, and my whole body throbbed for him. His kisses were full of dark promise as he trailed them down the side of my neck, each one scorching my skin with the memory of his lips, his tongue…marking me as his. His teeth scraped against me, a delicious hint of fang. Something secret. Just for me.

Gasping, I drew back and he grinned slow and sexy, one fang peeking out from below his top lip. I claimed his mouth with mine and teased him with my tongue. I ran it over one fang until it nicked me in a sharp bloom of pain and the taste of blood. His mouth closed over my tongue, and he sucked gently.

When I pulled away to look at his face, his eyes were all black. Black like danger—the kind I should have run away from, but the kind that had tempted me closer all my life. I was the moth to Damon’s flame, dancing in his light, ready for the fire I kissed him hard, weaving my fingers through his hair as his hands slid further up my sides until he came to my bra. He unclasped it, and I waited for his touch. It was soft, feather light, as he brushed first over one breast then the other, my nipples hardening under the warmth of his palms. I arched against him wanting more.

“Please,” I whispered, and he huffed a laugh, his warm breath drawing sparks through me as his tongue flickered at the base of my throat. “Please.”

A growl rumbled through his chest and he rolled one of my nipples between his thumb and forefinger.

He tugged at my shirt, the fabric whispering across my skin and sending a jolt of desire to my core Frantic need burned inside me, and I started to unbutton my jeans, but when he closed his mouth over my other nipple, I cried out and closed my eyes to focus on the sensation. Warmth spread through me, heating me, kindling more urgency, more danger.

Damon’s hair tickled where it fell against my skin as he kissed his way down my stomach, and I shivered. He started to push my jeans down my thighs, kissing me right above my panties, and skimming his hand over the tops of my legs.
