Just two days later…

I was inside one of the studio rooms located in the Blood Money building so I could listen back to what Drew and Rev had recorded so far. MG was here too, but just on some chill shit.

“Aye, I like this one, but the beat is way too fucking loud,” I admitted, and Rev nodded his head, writing down in his notepad. Nigga was annoying as fuck, but I fucked with the fact that he took this shit seriously.

“I kind of fuck with this too.” MG continued to bob his head to the song, as Drew’s vocals poured through the speakers.

“Thanks, G.” Drew reached over to dap him up.

“Also—” Before I could finish my sentence, the door to the studio burst open, and in walked my wife in some tights and a hoodie, but it was showing her damn stomach, and the Givenchy sneakers I’d gotten her for her birthday. She had the hood on, but her hair was coming through on one side only. She looked beautiful as usual, but I noticed her facial expression was off. “Baby—”

“I need to talk to you,” she cut me off sternly.

“Aight. Go to the room next door and I’ll be there in a second.”

“No, we’re gonna talk right here, right fucking now!” she snapped.

Calmly but sternly, I replied, “No, we gon’ talk when I’m done, and next door.” I kept my eyes on hers so that she’d know I wasn’t playing, and without another word, she left out of the room.

“Ooh, nigga, you in trouble,” Rev decided to comment as he sat at the mixer beside me.

Turning to him slowly, I said, “Shut yo’ cabbage water smelling ass up and keep ya muthafuckin’ focus on the song, nigga. When you can keep ya bitch off another’s nigga dick, then you can comment on me… maybe.”

As MG and Drew laughed, I stood up to go see what was wrong with my damn wife and why she’d come in here like she’d lost her fucking mind. But before I could even take a step, she came right back in.

“Why the fuck are you buying condoms!” she yelled angrily.

“Draylah, calm yo’ ass down and—”

“Oh shit!” Rev, MG, and Drew all shouted simultaneously when Draylah pulled a big ass chef’s knife from her purse.

“Draylah, chill!” MG added, scared as fuck.

“Don’t tell my wife to chill, nigga,” I told him.

“She got a fucking knife!” MG hollered.

“I don’t give a fuck if she had a AR to yo’ chest, nigga!” I roared. “Don’t tell my fucking wife to do shit!”

I was already heated, and now this nigga was testing me. No other nigga was about to check my muthafuckin’ wife unless his name was Jesus Christ. And even then, I wouldn’t like it, but I just wouldn’t say shit.

“Both these niggas crazy, man,” MG mumbled before exhaling heavily.

“Answer the question, Frederick!” Draylah barked, looking like she was ready to murder us all in this bitch.

“Fuck you gon’ do with that shit, huh? Kill me?” I hollered, pissed the fuck off for more reasons than one.
