An omn-owl:Cell has an omn-owl:ServiceEvent (e.g., omn:cell34203_20453_262_3_org_openmobilenetwork_app) comprising various parameters of a mobile service collected within the past minute. Using the property omn-owl:hasService, this omn-owl:ServiceEvent is related to an omn-owl:MobileService, which belongs to a specific omn-owl:ServiceClass (see Fig. 4.17). The property omn-owl:hasBeenSeen, on the other hand, indicates how often the respective omn-owl:MobileService has been seen within the omn-owl:ServiceEvent when collecting measurements. Moreover, each omn-owl:ServiceEvent has an associated omn-owl:TrafficEvent in combination with a corresponding timestamp (omn-owl:Time) showing how much traffic this service has generated for the same minute interval. By relating the amount of traffic produced by a single service to the total traffic in the cell modeled in the Traffic and User Ontology, “popular” services used in a cell can be determined. This information is valuable with respect to the aforementioned power management scenario, because if a traffic-intense service, such as a video streaming service, is popular, shutting down this specific cell might not be feasible without negatively affecting the QoE of the connected users.
