28. Pink Tahini

Ingredients:

1 cup of chopped fresh beetroot (or marinated from tin)

1 cup tahini paste

1 cup water

¼ teaspoon cumin

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on low speed. - salad dressing is ready.

29. Tomato Dressing

Ingredients:

1 cup walnuts

2 halves dried tomatoes

4 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 garlic clove crushed

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup water

¼ cup fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on low speed. - salad dressing is ready
