Troubleshooting
If both arms finish bent, you may be habitually straightening your legs. Check they are both bent to keep you as low as possible and avoid ‘standing up’ mid-move. Pulling with the arms to finish a move happens if you haven’t created enough momentum - try a harder kick at the start of the move. Wobbling or pivoting after you’ve caught the hold suggests core tension is low - squeeze those glutes as you hit the target and remain motionless until you feel stable.
