Which gift or personality tests have you already done? Revisit some of the findings.

What gifts are you currently withholding from your community? Why?

How can you fan your gifts into a warm fire?

How are you speaking and receiving the truth in love?

Individual Exercise

Take some time (at least an hour) and reflect on your life story. Focus specifically on the ways you have been weaved—your geography, family, education, experiences, passions, hurts and joys. What story is God writing through your life? What do you bring to the party (what have you brought to the party and what do you envision bringing in the future)? Write your thoughts down and schedule some time with your friend(s) to discuss your discoveries.
