My bandmates are being quiet about everything happening with Rainy. I am waiting for the hammer to fall, even though, honestly, I hope they understand. She is the woman of my dreams, and she wants to be with me.

Sitting outside in a lounge chair, I watch those brave enough to swim in the lake. I tested the water when I first came out, only to find it is ice cold. Rainy told me it is cold year-round because it is fed by the snow melting from the mountains.

“So, are you going to tell us the truth of when this actually started?” Matt at least waited for Rainy to go inside to get a drink before asking.

“Yesterday. We have only been friends until then. I have been trying to be there for her as a friend should.” These guys are my family, so I will be completely honest with them. “I have had a crush on Rainy since I was young. Sure, when I met her, I wanted to be the one to make her happy, but I did not push anything. She has been through too much, and I did not want to add to her stress.”

“Dominic and I are a couple. It will not interfere with the band. I am a professional first. You can ask Tattooed Dreams. I did not give Romeo any special treatment business-wise.” I hate that she came back to hear them questioning us. She sits back in front of me on the lounger and leans back against my chest. “Since this is a new situation, I will allow you to ask questions. Any questions I feel are too personal, I will not answer.” She gestures for them to ask their questions.

“While we are on tour, how will this work? Will you be spending more time being Dom’s girlfriend than our manager?” Wow! It takes everything in me not to punch Matt.

I know Rainy must sense my anger with his question because she holds my arms in place around her. “I will be fucking Dom every chance I get, but I am a businesswoman first. When I went on tour with Tattooed Dreams, I would fuck my husband as much as possible. I would also make sure everything was taken care of for each show or hotel. At each show, I would make sure everything was set up and ready to go. I would make sure Romeo was settled; then I would go to each and every member of the band to make sure they had everything they needed for the night.”

“Sorry about Matt. He does not want to mess up this opportunity. We all don’t want to mess it up. When we travel, how will that look?” Vinnie knows Matt can get a bit abrasive without meaning to be.

“I will travel in the Super Blood Moon tour bus. Dominic and I will sleep in the back sleeper together. We will also stay in the same hotel room. After concert parties, we will attend those with all of you only we will be a couple.
