I know what your thinking – what does this delta equation really mean? The Founder saw the following equation in June of this year, after not looking at the thirteen additional delta equations (58 – 70) that cover the human Mind since 2001:

Δ QE + Δ M = Δ MC

As I reported in Volume 2, Number 1 of Human Quantum Hologram magazine – this equation is the Babel Equation!* (It is beyond the scope of this book to delve into what this means.) For the purposes of this book we can use the Babel Equation to derive the equation for the devices that are the subject of this book. I will present this new equation in the next chapter.

* Changing the MC is how we humans can change “matter”.

Do not give yourself a headache if you are not a math wizard. Go back to the first block and just gaze at the delta equation it contains for several seconds then to the same to the next block and again for the third. The Founder once said to my friend and mentor: “math works at a very deep level in the unconscious Mind”. So let it “sink” in.

Now I want to show you the equation that applies to the Welz Axiom of the Third Law. It is written in direct simple symbolic form using the acronym for Iron Walled Orgone Accumulators (IWO) the Founder selected after reading Dr. Reich's book The Cancer Biopathy :
