Initial Marketing Input

For our first project, we're designing an LED flashlight. What marketing tells us they want in the first meeting is “A camping flashlight. Not one of those big police flashlights, something you can carry around. Get maybe 20–30 h on a couple of batteries, how about ‘C’ size? We want to sell it for about US$10 retail, get it mass produced in China for something like US$2.00.” They show us Table 10.1 to explain the cost structure they want.
