IRON PUMPING RECOVERY DRINK

MAKES 4 CUPS (1 L)

1 cup (250 mL) hemp seeds

½ cup (125 mL) blueberries

¼ cup (60 mL) chia seeds

¼ cup (60 mL) dried goji berries

1 banana

3 cups (750 mL) water

PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS into a blender and blend. It is that easy! Store your drink in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
