Purple potato and green bean salad

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

2 pounds diced potatoes

½ cup chopped celery

2 cups fresh green beans

1 tablespoon salt

¾ cup mayonnaise

½ cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons chopped dill

¾ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Put the potatoes in a saucepan and cover them with salty water. Cook for around 15 minutes. Boil the beans for around 5 to 7 minutes. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and merge them well and it is ready to serve.
