Strawberry Rhubarb Dump Cake

Take fresh rhubarb, mix it with Jell-O-O then bake it in your cake and what do you get? That’s right … Perfection! Here’s how it’s done.

Cooking Time: 1 Hour and 15 minutes

List of Ingredients:

Fresh Rhubarb (4 cups)

Flavored Jell-O (3ozs., strawberry)

Sugar (1 cup)

Cake Mix (18ozs, Yellow Flavored)

Water (1 ¼ Cup)

Butter (½ Cup, melted)

Methods:

Set your oven to preheat at 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish using cooking spray. Next, distribute the ingredients in the dish, in layers, using the order in which they are listed above. Do not mix the ingredients!

Place in your preheated oven to bake until the top appears to be a beautiful golden brown color and a toothpick can be inserted and removed from the center of the cake without cake batter on it (should take about 1 hour).

Remove from the oven and allow cooling. Serve with whip cream or even ice cream. Enjoy!
