Tools to use:

Use a particular music you might associate with how you are feeling in the moment.

Use colours, images and/or crystals that speak to you in that moment.

Exercise

Practice grounding techniques (see if your own unique way shows itself) and start sourcing grounding stones/ crystals of your choice and resonance.
