3 cups canned unsweetened coconut milk

¼ cup nutritional yeast

½ teaspoon salt

Freshly ground black pepper

5 cups cauliflower florets

2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella cheese, divided ½ cup bread crumbs, or panko
