Old Widow Walker's Ziploc Omelets

This is an awesomely simple delicious Ziploc omelet that is full of nutrients, and that can be taken for breakfast or carried to work as a snack. Preparing this omelet can be a family activity since it is easy to make.

Ingredients

• 10 eggs

• 2 cups cheese (grated)

• 1 cup ham (chopped)

• 1 cup bacon (crumbled)

• Green pepper

• Onion

• 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)

• 1 cup hash brown (thawed)

Method

1. Crack two eggs in each of the five Ziploc freezer bags. Shake well to combine.

2. Add cheese, chopped ham, crumbled bacon, pepper, onion, chopped tomatoes, and hash browns in each bag.

3. Zip up the bags ensuring there is no air inside then put the zipped bags in boiling water for thirteen minutes.

4. Remove the bags from water, unzip them, and roll out the omelets.

5. Server and enjoy.
