Perfect Blueberry Muffins

3 cups flour

1 cup sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

½ cup vegetable oil

2 eggs, beaten

1½–2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper liners. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, and eggs. Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Fold the blueberries into the batter. Divide batter among 12 muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
