Expanded Consciousness

Everything I discovered and experienced on my journey to the spiritual realm has its own consciousness. My teacher has his own field of consciousness, my body has a consciousness that I learned to communicate with, and my cells have their own consciousness, just as planet Earth and Creation have their own consciousness. Our consciousness connects us to the consciousness of everything around us and things far beyond, and these fields of consciousness only differ from each other in their vibration, frequency, and focus.

For our consciousness, concepts like ‘above’ and ‘below,’ ‘inside’ and ‘outside’ don’t exist. At the onset of my journey, I’d felt myself being drawn ‘upward,’ but was that really what happened? Maybe I’d just wanted to escape the situation at the hospital when I first met my teacher and therefore assumed he was pulling me ‘up.’ I’d always thought that God, salvation, or the universe were outside of me – maybe that was the reason.

Today, however, I know that there’s no such thing as ‘up’ or ‘down.’ Nothing is outside of us because we’re connected to everything through our consciousness, and our consciousness has no limitations. All the limitations that we experience are created solely by our thoughts, and because our thoughts are bound to space and time and cannot otherwise orientate themselves, they create limits. In moving beyond these limits, we can expand our consciousness into limitlessness.

Throughout my near‑death experience I visited countless different fields of Creation, each of which revealed to me their unique insights, impressions, and focal points. These unknown worlds felt so alien and were mainly revealed to me through images, although some consisted only of sounds and frequencies. As soon as I’d consciously experienced one of these realms, even once, I only had to think of it to find myself back there.

I could move between all the wonderful fields my teacher had guided me into as often as I liked. All I had to do was think about the Source and I’d find myself back in its essence, and a single thought about my teacher was enough to bring me back to him. My consciousness had expanded into these realms, and I was now able to enter them simply by thinking about them, whenever and however I wanted to. And this worked whether my consciousness was in my body or outside of it.
