I understood why mother was how she was. She was hurt, and since she was too weak to overcome her pain, she continued to go down the road of destruction. It wasn't me that she was mad at, but my father, her life, and probably what she allowed to happen to me.

I knew I was going to have to let him go eventually. When I did, I knew he would either kill me or make me pay. Thinking about what he would do to me; I bit down harder. This time I wiggled my head from side to side like I was tearing at some tough meat. If I wasn't so deranged, I probably would have let him go when I tasted something salty coming from his penis. It tasted gross. I looked up at him, his eyes rolled in the back of his head. He looked like he was going to pass out. Die bitch, I thought.
