There are some other PaaS service offerings in the database category that, while they are not exactly databases in the true sense of how you might think of a database, they support applications and databases for a specific purpose. They are as follows:

Azure Database Migration Service: Allows you to migrate relational databases to Azure.

Azure Cache for Redis: Not exactly a database, Azure Cache for Redis is an in-memory store based on Redis software. It can be used for extremely fast access to cached data. A scenario where this is used is in clustering when you need to make volatile data available to different nodes in the cluster.
