Basic Herb Salt # 1

3 Tablespoons of sea salt or kosher salt

1 Teaspoon of savory

1 teaspoon of rosemary

1 teaspoon of thyme

1 teaspoon of sage

Mix well, store in an airtight container, in a dark and dry location

Basic Herb Salt # 2

3 Tablespoons of Sea salt

1 tablespoon of yarrow

Mix well

Basic Herb Salt # 3

4 1/2 Tablespoons of sea-salt(roughly 80 grams)

1 teaspoon of marjoram

1 teaspoon of lovage (a German herb, that can be substituted with celery salt of the same amount, but then reduce the amount of sea-salt to 4 Tablespoons

1 Tablespoon of dried chives

1 teaspoon of basil

1 teaspoon of parsley

1 teaspoon of chervil ( can be substituted by the same amount of tarragon)

1/2 teaspoon of thyme

Mix well, store in an airtight container
