JENNY HELD THE DOOR open for Morgan with one hand and waved to Joe Mario with the other. They had arrived at the pizzeria a few minutes late, but it didn't matter. The others had settled in, grabbing their favorite table and placing the food order. Jenny blew a kiss in Joe's direction when he held up glasses of iced tea and motioned them to the table.

"Well? How did it go?" asked Nate as the two joined the others.

"Morgan worked her magic and sweet-talked Anthony into helping," Jenny answered, taking the seat next to her partner. "Of course, we had our work cut out, convincing him that he would be more useful to the investigation working from the bed & breakfast."

"I'll say! He was ready to rush out the door and start searching the shores for any sign of more drug packages." Morgan added, sitting next to Kathy.

"You're still having the police do an official search for the origin of the logo, right?" Kathy had been filled in on their plans but was worried her sister or Nate would get into trouble going outside of the police investigation to find the information they wanted.

"Yes, we cleared it with our boss," Nate answered, and then chuckled. "When we got their approval, the department let us know they were going to find the information first. Your sister has guts. She actually placed a wager with her boss that we would find what and where the logo came from before they did."

Ben, Kathy, and Gabe looked from Nate to Jenny for confirmation. When she gave a shrug and a wink, Kathy threw her napkin at her sister. "Geez, Jenny. Nothing like a little pressure, is there?"

"I don't know if she let Anthony know about the bet, but he is raring to go. As we were leaving, he had downloaded the pictures from Jenny and was opening all sorts of complicated apps on his computer. The guy looked like he was in his element," Morgan added as she joined the other's laughter.

It didn’t take long before the group was discussing the clue that Jenny had found on the package. They each had their theory as to what the logo might symbolize. Since it was only a partial logo they were guessing and pulling ideas out of thin air.

"Incoming! watch your hands; this tray is hot."

Teresa Mario's voice rang out in warning as she approached their table, and they hastily made room for the large tray of pizza she was bringing. Once they were all settled, Teresa looked around the room and saw all the other diners were digging into their meals and didn't need her immediate attention.

"Okay, I know you guys have had a busy day. But I'm bursting with news for myself." Teresa squatted down next to the table, eager to share.

The others looked at her, wondering what was up. Teresa was usually an incredibly quiet person, but it was clear she was worked up about something.

Without waiting for anyone to ask questions, she jumped right in.
