PTSD—Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

Speaking of war memories from past lives, post-traumatic stress disorder is currently a popular topic in the news. Sadly, with all the military skirmishes around the world, combined with the increase of mass shootings, victims of this very real and debilitating disorder are growing in number.

Post-traumatic stress disorder is a complex diagnosis with several criteria. According to the DSM-5, individuals who have PTSD have been exposed to “death, threatened death, actual or threatened serious injury or actual or threatened sexual violence through direct exposure, witnessing the trauma, learning that a relative or close friend was exposed to a trauma, or had indirect exposure to trauma as in the case of first responders. The individual must also have at least one of the following: nightmares, flashbacks, unwanted upsetting memories, or emotional distress.”

I could write a whole book on post-traumatic stress cases alone, but for now, let’s take a look at some of my more memorable studies to give you an example of how the RELIEF Method can alleviate such traumas and help people get back to a positive, normal existence.

Because of the wonders of modern medicine, many soldiers survive the battlefields only to return home with unseen wounds. The trauma is often harder to deal with than any physical injury. Emotional scars of witnessing horrors of war can last a lifetime—or as you’ll see with these next stories—lifetimes.

Natalie Experienced PTSD—from Another Life

Is it possible for someone to still suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder carried over from a past life? During my session with Natalie, I realized that was possible once she told me about the tremendous suffering she had experienced on a trip to Mexico City. Natalie had no idea what caused her to have such bad feelings, but clearly the trip disturbed her deeply.

“I went on a land vacation where we had to fly into Mexico City and spend a couple of nights downtown before going to Oaxaca and some of the other cities,” she explained. “I’ll never forget that we toured those huge pyramids north of town, and that night, when I came back to my hotel, I started having dreams, or I should say nightmares, of being tied up and burned alive, and I woke up screaming. My friend didn’t know what to think. The dreams continued while we were there and I felt better once we got out of the city, but every so often, I still have the dreams. I’ve always wondered what that was from.”

In my research on Supretrovie, I realized that you don’t have to be on the battlefield itself to have traumatic memories surface.

By the time Natalie came to see me, she had dealt with this issue for years and assumed nothing could be done about it. Once we started talking, she realized there might be a chance to heal her trauma and put an end to her nightmares from what she assumed was a past life. Here’s what happened.
