When you make the crust of a pizza mostly out of veggies you can always feel really good about your meal. The first time I made cauliflower into a crust I knew there were other vegetables that needed to join the veggie-crust party. Zucchini was an easy choice with its mild flavor and delicate texture. And as soon as I’d decided that, fresh tomatoes, milky mozzarella, and my Garden-Fresh Tomato Sauce seemed like obvious choices to put on top, all creating a pie you feel so good about eating that you can have two. ;)
