Cooking + Prep Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

4 & 1/2 cups of flour, all-purpose

1/2 cup of sugar, granulated

2 x 1/4-oz. packages of yeast, active dry

1 tsp. of salt, kosher

3/4 cup of milk, whole

1/2 cup of water, filtered

1/2 cup of shortening, vegetable

2 eggs, large

For the filling

1 lb. of 90% lean beef, ground
