Each of the one hundred fifty psalms contains, at the very least, a brief passage that can become a two-way conversation with the Lord. You can spend several years in the great adventure of discovering your Lord speaking to you, directly, in the Psalms. But none of this works well except in waiting and lingering, as you love Him, call Him, breathe Him. And as you slow down and get quiet before Him.
