3 Knowledge Governance Processes

From a process perspective, knowledge management is an activity that refers to the identification, capture, allocation, distribution and reuse of knowledge assets.

This perspective of knowledge management is not enough to successfully design and implement the digital perspective of knowledge assets or to assess the knowledge management maturity of a company. It fails to account for the following:The processes that can connect the business to the knowledge management mechanism. For this purpose, we propose a set of processes called knowledge valuation processes, used for the identification and assessment of knowledge assets, their connection with company strategic or business goals, their measurement in terms of their use throughout the company, etc.
