Keto never needs to be boring! Spice up any dinner with these skewers big on flavor but easy on time and ingredients required. Use smoked chorizo, which will be firm because it has already been cooked. You’ll need small metal skewers that fit into your air fryer for this recipe. If you prefer bamboo skewers, be sure to soak them in water for an hour before using.

1½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 large bell pepper, seeded and chopped into 1-inch pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

¾ teaspoon salt

3 cloves garlic, minced

8 ounces smoked chorizo, sliced into ½-inch rounds

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, bell pepper, olive oil, paprika, salt, and garlic. Toss gently until thoroughly coated.

3. Thread the shrimp, peppers, and sausage onto the skewers, alternating ingredients as you go.

4. Working in batches if necessary and pausing halfway through the cooking time to turn the skewers, air fry the skewers for 12 to 15 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the shrimp are cooked through.
