Procedures

1. Blend the oregano, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, cayenne pepper and peppercorns in a coffee grinder

2. Combine the lemon juice with the spices and oil in a medium bowl

3. Add the chicken to the mixture and stir until it is well coated with the marinade

4. Put the chicken in the fridge and allow to marinade for at least half a hour to whenever you are ready to cook.

5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, skin side up

6. Cook at 390F for 20 - 25 minutes. Flip halfway through.

Serve with plenty of napkins
