*" I'm going to do one more sweep of the area so stay put and keep the girls safe."*

*"Thanks Gage."* Austin said in my mind.

"Come on Ad let's do another sweep of the area. There's no point in taking any chances." I tell him.

It's not worth the risk, they are our Alpha and Luna and it's my job to keep them safe.

"Maybe we should check further out, they may be hiding and waiting for them to come out of hiding."

"You're right. Ok let's get our asses in gear and make sure it's safe."

We got moving and headed three blocks out making sure to check everywhere. We left know where unchecked. There was no sign of our mystery SUV and the men. I don't like not knowing who they are and not knowing what their intentions are. My only priority right now is getting Austin, Shan and Zoe home safe. Adam and I take the quickest route back to where they are hiding. When we get there Adam goes straight to Zoe, he opens the door and says, "Are you ok? You had me worried."

Usually he's a flirt and we all know that he has a thing for Zoe but I’m wondering if there's more. Adam's birthday is in four months and Zoe will be eighteen soon. I shake the thought from my head and concentrate on the task at hand.

"It's all clear and there's no sign of them in a three block radius. I think we can get you back to the pack house now."

"Thanks Gage, you drive as I think Zo could use the break. We can all go back together."

I nod and head for the driver’s seat. "Come on Zo I'll drive; you both get in then we can head home." I told them.

I won't feel at ease until we are there. With very one now in the car I start the engine and head off. The way back was completely clear, it was as if nothing had happened. Once we pulled up I got out and double checked the main gate was locked then I checked in with the patrols and got them to keep an eye out for the men and the SUV.
