(The following publicly-known encounter details a well known terrorist incident and reveals a great deal about the mechanics of Para-Investigation)

The subject known as Timothy McVeigh was definitely a person with murder in his intentions but the full possible extent of his accomplishments as a one-man terrorist wave has always been a point of contention. What is not in contention are the skills of the Para-Investigator who caught him against long odds. The capture of the bomber of the Oklahoma Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building was adequately covered by rational terminology so as not to raise suspicion that the investigator was getting data from a forbidden place like the Superconscious Gulf.

Among the permissible terms which cause little stigma are: “I had a feeling there was something bizarre about this guy. ”

“My gut just told me that this guy was involved in something real serious. ”

“My sense just told me that I should not walk up to that car like normal procedure. ”

These are the acceptable phrases when investigators are referring to their own paranormal abilities.

On Wednesday morning, April 19, 1995, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Central Time, a huge explosion destroyed a Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City. In the minutes that followed, the world realized that the worst terrorist strike against a single civilian target in history had just occurred causing the deaths of hundreds of innocent civilians.
