Lord, the only way I can be delivered from the trouble that surrounds me is to call on You for help and strength. You are my provider, the One who meets my every need. Come with such power that the foundations of the earth are laid bare! Shoot Your arrows and scatter my enemies, Lord! Hold me safe beyond their reach!

Lord, thank You for being the lamp that lights up my darkness. You have made a wide path for my feet to keep me from slipping (Psalm 18:36). I can trust You will either draw me out of the deep water or carry me through whatever trial I face. In Your strength I can crush any army and scale any wall (Psalm 18:28–29). Thank You for standing beside me, teaching me, and giving me the strength to be victorious. Indeed, the Lord lives! Blessed be my Rock!
