THEOREM 10.4 (Symmetrizability properties of CS)

1. If π”š is symmetrizable, then CS(π”š,𝔙) = 0.

2. If π”š is non-symmetrizable, then CS(π”š,𝔙) = CS, ranmean(π”š,𝔙).
