Heart/Sex Circuit Together

What it’s good for: As when done solo, this breath is a great one for connecting up heart and sex, love and desire. It’s also a great way to build up erotic energy together, and can be a route toward energy orgasms, or energising physical sex and orgasms to make them more full-body and whole-being experiences.

Breathing the Heart/Sex Circuit together

How it’s done: For this one, it’s great to have not just your chest, but also your genitals aligned with your partner. Standing or lying opposite one another works, or finding a way to sit so that those parts of you face the other person—e.g., one person straddling the other on a chair, or cross legged on a surface such as a bed, or a semi-straddle (their right leg over your left, your left over their right).

Start with the Heart to Heart Circuit. When you’re in a rhythm, make the circuit bigger by having Partner A imagine breathing in through their genitals while Partner B breathes out through the same, and then Partner A exhaling through their heart, while Partner B inhales through theirs. Again, it can be helpful to use your hands here—I often follow the circuit between us with mine, partly so we can keep track of where we are, and partly because I find it builds intensity.

When you have found a rhythm with the breathing, imagine you can add a little sparkle, a little heat, a little energy to light up that circuit.

Keep going. If your bodies start to rock, let it happen.

Feel free to share when (if) you feel like stopping. It’s also most definitely worth switching the great circuit round, so that Partner A exhales through their genitals, and Partner B exhales through their heart, and so forth.
