Sun drying Coconuts

Removing the moisture by drying your products under the sun might be successful if humidity is less and daytime temperatures are high. A good three to four days drying of food under the hot sun, would do the trick. Then at the end of the day do remember to take the food inside your home to prevent moisture from building on the sun-dried products.

You can even place small quantities of food near large windows to get it dried. This method costs nothing but the temperature cannot be controlled, and there is a threat from birds, small animals, and pests. You always need to keep a close watch when you are drying food under the sun.
