I pledge allegiance to the Christian flag, and to the Savior for whose kingdom it stands; one brotherhood uniting all mankind in service and in love.2

What differences do you see in the pledges? What similarities? One similarity is that they both promote loyalty when we repeat the words, and this is something we want to make sure we do on Flag Day. There’s no better way to honor our flag than to thoughtfully and sincerely pledge our allegiance, and to do that, we need to be looking at a flag.
