FIFTEEN
LAWSON
âI figured Iâd find you out here.â When I woke up, Juniper wasnât wrapped around me. It took me a minute to shake the sleep off and realize she must have gotten out of bed without me. Apparently, keeping her fed, relaxing in the sun, and not worrying nearly as much has me conking out and sleeping like a damn rock. A few minutes later, I got up, did my morning routine, walked into the kitchen, and saw the pot of coffee was brewed and the light glowing, indicating it hadnât been sitting there for hours. I poured myself a cup, walked to the sliding glass door, and found my woman.
âAbout time you woke up, sleepy head.â She tips her head back, looking up at me. Juniper has a blanket spread beneath her on the grassy bank. A small creek runs through this side of the property and allows for a nice place to sit and enjoy the beauty of nature.
âSomeone wore me out earlier,â I tease her. Sheâs propped up on her elbows, wearing my shirt from yesterday and giving me a delicious view of her upper thighs. Iâd bet anything sheâs naked beneath the cotton fabric, too.
âBy the looks of it, not at all.â Iâm wearing a pair of jeans, button undone, and sheâs not wrong. My cock is rock hard as I imagine how sheâd look taking my length to the back of her throat while I fuck her face.
âYouâre out here, and the sun is shining. All is fucking well.â I bend down to place my cup of coffee out of the way. Where Juniper is, Iâll be right there beside her, behind her, or in front of her. I feel her hand touch the back of my calf, squeezing it gently, letting me know she needs me. Our days together without the outside world closing in on us have done a world of good. She's usually a workaholic yet hasnât once asked when weâre heading back, and while I brought my work with me, not a lick of it has been done since weâve figured our shit out together. Nothing else matters except Juniper and our unborn child.
âAre you coming to sit with me?â she asks with hopefulness in her tone.
âDamn straight. Sit up, baby,â I tell her as I drop to my knees, situating my body until my legs are on the outside of hers, her back to my chest, and I pull her further back so she can rest against me. âYou good?â She doesnât respond verbally but instead nods, hair tickling my nose since I bent my head to whisper the question into her ear.
âPerfect.â She gives me more of her weight, relaxing further, and I grab my mug.
âDamn straight.â I take a sip of my coffee before putting it back on the ground and away from the blanket. Thereâs something Iâve been itching to do with Juniper since taking her on the back deck.
âLawson.â The tips of my fingers slide along
