Chapter 21

“Nice car,” some guy told me as I was waiting for my gas to finish pumping.

“Thanks.” It was Mario’s Range Rover, but he didn’t need to know that. I smiled as I looked at his car then him.

“What’s yo’ name?” he wanted to know.

We exchanged phone numbers before I went on with the rest of my day. I didn’t plan to call dude. I loved Mario and I wanted to see if we could make it last this time. I headed home so that I could find something to cook for dinner.

“Hey baby,” Mario greeted me a few minutes after I’d gotten home. “This my friend, Reggie,” he added as a handsome man followed him in from the garage.

“Hi,” I said quickly. “You staying for dinner?” I asked, trying not to stare at his thick, juicy looking lips.

“Yeah,” Mario answered for him “We’ll be in my office,” he added before they went up the stairs

I called Diane and told her to come over. Reggie was sexy and I didn’t see a wedding band on his finger.

“Why?” she asked.

“Just get over here. Mario friend is so fuckin’ fine. If you don’t get him I might,” I joked, looking at the stairs to make sure no one was coming.

“He got money?” she asked.

“What you think?”

She knew I wasn’t gon’ hook her up with a broke nigga.

I set the pub table slowly ,then cleaned up the kitchen. Reggie looked like just the type of guy Diane needed.

“Smelling good,” Reggie said as I pulled the chicken out of the oven.

“Thanks,” I said before I turned around to place the hot pan on the counter.

“What’s your name?”

“Heaven.”

“Nice,” he said with a smile.

I knew he was Mario’s friend, but he was sexy as hell.

“Want somethin’ to drink?” I asked nervously.

“Nope.”

He grabbed me by my waist and pulled my body up against his. I placed my hands against his firm chest and planned to push him away, but I couldn’t. His hold was tight and he felt good.

I gasped out loud as I felt his manhood against my stomach. I was frozen in place as I watched him move in to place his plump lips against mine. I parted my lips and allowed his warm tongue inside my mouth. His hands moved lower until he was holding my ass

I nearly jumped out of my skin as I heard Mario yell “Baby, you see my phone?” from the top of the stairs. He was on his way down! I pushed Reggie away as I replied.

“It’s right here,” I said, making it over to the coffee table in record time.

“Thanks,” Mario said as he moved in for a kiss.

“I gotta pee,” I said quickly before running off to the bathroom. I didn’t want him to smell Reggie’s cologne on me.

I rinsed my face with cold water and gargled some mouthwash. I sighed as I heard the doorbell ring.

“I got it,” I yelled.

“Hey Dye, what you doin’ here?” I asked.

“I was in the area,” she replied dryly.

“Well, you might as well eat wit’ us.
