“Do you, Danna.” Mahogany waved her off.
“Huh,” Danna pulled out a wrinkled fifty dollar bill and handed it to Mahogany.
“I love you.” Danna said before hopping back in the car she pulled up in.
“I didn’t see it.” Gegee said, jogging towards Mahogany. “She’s gone?”
“Yeah,” Mahogany swallowed hard and managed to say.
Gegee burst into tears. Mahogany sighed heavily and brought her in her embrace. She held her composure and fought back tears.
“Wipe your face.” Mahogany rubbed and patted Gegee’s back.
