The pseudo code of this sub-procedure is shown in Algorithm 5.4. In order to filter out the results, both of the above mentioned conditions should be true. That is, the filtration is performed, if the estimated fraction of variation, FOVEST, is less than the user-defined value (FOVUD); and if the number of times the output is high for input case i is greater than half of the occurrence of input case i throughout the simulation, as shown in line 12 of Algorithm 5.4. For each filtered results, the Boolean expression is constructed through the pseudo code shown in the lines 13–26. In the end, algorithm estimates the percentage fitness of estimated Boolean expression (PFoBE), in the simulation data, according to Eq. 5.3.
