25. Take a Hike!

Instead of telling each other to “take a hike,” take one together. Plan a day trip to a state or national park and explore the hiking trails. You might want to stop at the park office or visitor center on your way in and pick up a map. Choose a trail that fits your level of fitness and experience and head out for an adventure. Keep your ears tuned in and your eyes open for interesting birds and other wildlife; and take time to notice details along the way, such as pretty wildflowers, ferns, moss, and insects.
