Deep Fried Lobster

This tasty lobster can be fried in minutes and is super delicious with a serving of creamy mashed potatoes.

Serves: 4-8

Time: 25 mins.

Ingredients:

flour, ½ cup, all-purpose

Salt, to taste

Cornmeal, 2 cups

pepper to taste

cayenne pepper, 1 tsp., ground

garlic powder, 1 tsp.

onion powder, 1 tsp.

lobster tails, 4lb., cleaned and halved

oil, 2 quarts, for frying

Directions:

1. Combine your onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, flour and cornmeal in a resealable bag then shake well.

2. Add in your lobster tails a half at a time, shaking to coat well.

3. Set your oil on to heat to 365 degrees.

4. Fry each lobster tail until the meat is white and the coating browned.

5. Drain and serve.
