Graded hierarchy -Your hierarchy of your fears, phobias, and or anxious situations graded in intensity, from the least anxiety provoking all the way up to the most anxiety provoking. Be sure to include situations you tend to avoid. Put your worst fear at the top, then make a list of each aspect and rate it from 1-100, with zero being the absence of fear. Rank them lowest to highest in order of difficulty. Next, rate your anticipated level of anxiety from 1-10, ten being the worst anxiety. Confront each step, then rate your actual level of anxiety.
