Ingredients:

1 ½ stick of Butter

4 tbsp Mustard

1/8 tsp dry Rosemary

Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Method of Preparation:

Place the butter, mustard and rosemary in a small bowl.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix to combine.

Place the butter in a ½ pint-sized jar with a lid.

Refrigerate or freeze for later use.
