Feminist interventions in core business concepts
Introduction
Chapter 3 brings feminist values to bear on the content of specific management conversations to help us understand how feminism has challenged conventional business thinking. First, we contrast the conventional and feminist answers to three big picture questions about business. This contrast allows us to identify themes that will appear throughout the sections on specific topics that follow, as well as in feminist conversations about most other business concepts. Organized by this overview, we will consider how asking questions related to feminist values have changed the conversation about eight core management topics.
