Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and fabulous. We all feel the pressure to look a certain way, so it takes courage to stay true to yourself wardrobe-wise. It can be stressful to try and keep up with how everyone else is dressing, so try letting go of the need to follow trends and cultivate your own look. The secret to great style is the inner confidence found when wearing clothes you love, be they simple or extravagant, expensive or basic.
Wearing something you’re not comfortable in – whether it’s the fit, the style or the occasion that makes you feel awkward – adds a heap of unnecessary stress to your day.
Take a moment before you leave the house to ask yourself: do I feel comfortable? If the answer is no, go change into something that’s more you.
