Quick Yogurt and Ginger Snack
Ingredients:
• About 5-6 ginger biscuits
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 green apple
• 150 ml natural yogurt
• ½ tbsp caster sugar
Method:
To make this quick and healthy snack, place the ginger biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Then put a portion of the crushed biscuits into the bottom of a dessert bowl. Grate the apples into another bowl and squeeze in some lemon juice and add some caster sugar for taste. Add the apples on top of the biscuits. Scoop a dollop of natural yogurt on top of the apples and sprinkle with the remaining biscuit crumbs. Chill for 2 hours or serve immediately, as preferred.
