The local electric utility sends a monthly bill for each campground, but each bill is close to the minimum charged to provide service to that facility. That is, once the electricity is turned on and the campground is open for visitor use, the level of use is seldom sufficient to raise the electricity bill above the minimum fee. Therefore, this fee is equivalent to a one-time-only annual fee. (There are no significant statistical relationships between the electric bill and either RVDs of use or numbers of campsites.)
