Fava Beans and Mushrooms

1 cup peeled fava beans

1 cup oyster mushrooms

1 cup cremini mushrooms

Couscous

2 large jicama, peeled and roughly chopped

2/3 cup pine nuts

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

2 tablespoons olive oil
