ACTION: Buy the Right Land for Your Needs

Buying land is a surprisingly complex decision. You and your family might wish to live in a particular city or town, or even a certain part of that town, e.g., near good schools, family or your church. For many of us, the decision also involves making several other choices, about issues that may or may not overlap: an urban, suburban or rural location; a lot that’s small, medium or large; a cleared, open lot or a wooded and wild one; terrain that’s flat, rolling or steeply sloping. The list goes on and on.
